Tectonic Plates and Hot Springs

This month many of the homeschool families are studying tectonic plates, volcanoes, and hotsprings. On Wednesday we all took a field trip to see the hot springs near Cuenca. It was very interesting to see the geologic formations and to see where the (HOT!) water comes out of the ground. To finish off the field trip we took a swim in the water.
