May we each be tending within our hearts the rose of our relationship with Christ with great diligence and care. In such an environment, the thistles of sin cannot grow or flourish! The opportunities for training, discipleship, and investing in others continue through each season. The biggest event for us in March and April was the visit from the AFBLS team. They come down from the Bible school every year to work with the bilingual school nearby. It was a large team of 17 people, and Justo was kept very busy translating and assisting the team with daily logistics. We always enjoy having the whole team over to our house for a “Meet the Pillmans” night. We have the privilege of sharing about missionary life, how to sense God’s will for your life, and other topics that the kids ask us about.

Some of you maybe haven’t heard our news yet that Patricia is expecting our fourth baby. We are excited about this new blessing and we ask you for specific prayers for Patricia and the baby. The first trimester is especially hard for Patricia with debilitating nausea. We are blessed to have Justo’s mom visiting with us and helping keep the household running until the beginning of June. Hopefully by then, the nausea will have passed and Patricia will be back on her feet.

Be in prayer for Justo as he prepares for a special time of teaching the church one weekend in mid May. On Saturday, he will be teaching a workshop on natural family planning, and on Sunday, Justo will be preaching on the role of the husband in the family unit. Pray that the Lord would guide him in all truth.
